extract: freeze-dried extract prepared from A. satureioides decoction. -dried or spray-dried extracts prepared from A. satureioides extractive solution were obtained by macerating inflorescences in ethanol 80% (v/v). Spray-dried extract contained 50% extractives, 33.4% colloidal silicon dioxide, and 16.6% polysorbate 80; excipient percentages were considered in the analysis. All the extractive solutions were prepared with a plant : solvent ratio of 7.5% (w/v). Different letters in the same column indicate significant differences () in the amount of flavonoids between extracts. |
