Effect of APN on the mRNA expression of enzymes and receptors related to acetylcholine. In the cortex of mice treated with SCO in the presence or absence of APN, mRNA levels of enzymes and receptors related to acetylcholine neurotransmission system such as (a) ChAT, (b) AChE, M1 mAChR, and M2 mAChR were determined by RT-PCR. GAPDH levels were compared to verify the equal amount of mRNA loading.
