Effects of HT extracts on NF-κB and STAT3. (a) Phosphorylated NF-κB p65 protein in HT-29 cell line was determined by western blot after treatment with HT extracts at the indicated concentrations for 2 h prior to stimulation with LPS for 30 min. (b) Phosphorylated STAT3 protein in HT-29 cell line was determined by western blot after treatment with HT extracts at the indicated concentrations for 2 h prior to stimulation with IL-6 for 15 min. GAPDH was used as the internal control for protein normalization.
