Curcumin Induces Autophagy, Apoptosis, and Cell Cycle Arrest in Human Pancreatic Cancer Cells

<div>Autophagosomes in PANC1 cells were detected by immunofluorescence method. Cells were stained with FITC dye connecting second antibody after being incubated with LC3 antibody for an hour. Positive green dots in dosing groups show more when compared with the control group.</div>
