Influence of JTT on B16 melanoma cell metastasis in mice. C57BL/6 mice were orally administered JTT from one week before intravenous injections of 2 × 10⁵ melanoma cells. Mice were sacrificed 3 weeks later, and tumor cell colonies on lung surfaces were counted.
