BSE impairs RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation. (a) The BMMs were cultured for 4 days in the presence of RANKL (10 ng/ml) and M-CSF (30 ng/ml) with either the vehicle (prethanol) or the indicated concentration of BSE. Multinucleated osteoclasts were visualised using TRAP staining.
