Mucosal NF-κBp65 mRNA expression (blots and relative expressions) assessed by RT-PCR in each group. Mucosal level of NF-κBp65 mRNA was significantly increased after I/R injury. After EA or PNU282987 was applied, the NF-κBp65 mRNA level was significantly decreased compared with the I/R group. Its concentration in the α-BGT group was higher than that in the EA group ( compared with the I/R group; compared with the EA group).
