Role of Cholinergic Anti-Inflammatory Pathway in Treatment of Intestinal Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury by Electroacupuncture at Zusanli

<div>Mucosal NF-<i>κ</i>Bp65 mRNA expression (blots and relative expressions) assessed by RT-PCR in each group. Mucosal level of NF-<i>κ</i>Bp65 mRNA was significantly increased after I/R injury. After EA or PNU282987 was applied, the NF-<i>κ</i>Bp65 mRNA level was significantly decreased compared with the I/R group.
