PCJNF decreased cell migration and invasion, while this effect was independent of the activation of JNK signaling pathway in EESCs. EESCs were exposed to different control groups (CONT, DMSO, and NS) and 20% PCJNF-containing serum, respectively. Compared with different control group (CONT, DMSO, and NS), 20% PCJNF-containing serum inhibited significantly the cell migration () (a) and invasion () (b) capacities in EESCs, respectively. Furthermore, JNK inhibitor SP600125 attenuated these effects obviously. Data are presented as means ± SD of three independent tests. and mean that the values are less than 0.01 and the statistical differences are significant.
