Effects of WMW on insulin signaling pathway in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were treated with 10% serum without WMW (N) or medicated serum containing high (H) dose of WMW for 24 h. Then, cells were stimulated with or without 100 nM insulin for 15 min, and cell extracts were collected.
