KCT-01 inhibits the expression of inflammatory genes in LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophages. Cells were treated with KCT-01 plus LPS (1 μg/mL) or LPS alone for indicated time. (a) Total cellular proteins were prepared and subjected to Western blotting to determine protein expression levels of iNOS and COX-2. Levels of iNOS and COX-2 were normalized against β-actin expression.
