KCT-01 has no inhibitory effect on activation of NF-κB or AP-1 in LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophages. Cells were transfected with p-NF-κB-luc reporter or pAP-1-luc reporter. phRL-TK vector was used as an internal control. Cells were then treated with KCT-01 plus LPS or LPS alone.
