Cardioprotective Effect of Danshensu against Ischemic/Reperfusion Injury via c-Subunit of ATP Synthase Inhibition

<div><i>Scheme of IR experiment</i>. The hearts were harvested from rats and then hung in the Langendorff apparatus. Control group was perfused with KH buffer for 120 min. Model and DSS group first perfusion for 30 min, then through 30 min ischemia, and 60 min reperfusion: 10 <i>μ</i>M DSS were added to KH buffer in the DSS group during reperfusion step.</div>
