(a) Mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) was detected by JC-1 dye. MMP declined significantly in model group and remained normal level in DSS group. (b) Mitochondrion permeability transition pore (MPTP) was detected by MPTP kit. RFU decline means MPTP opening degree upregulated.
