Effects of Purslane on the contents of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in serum and liver of NDEA-induced mice. The serum and liver concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were measured by ELISA kit in accordance with the manufacturers. The optical density (OD) was read at 450 nm with a microplate spectrophotometer. All values are expressed as means ± SDs. versus control group. and versus NDEA group.
