MWP inhibits the NF-κB signaling pathway in Aβ-activated BV2 microglia. BV2 microglia were incubated with or without MWP (50, 100, and 200 mg/L) for 30 min and stimulated with Aβ (20 μM) for another 30 min. The total protein of the cells was then extracted and analyzed by western blot. Values are expressed as mean ± standard deviation of triplicate tests. and relative to the control group; and relative to the Aβ group.
