MWP inhibits the ERK/p38 MAPK signaling pathway in Aβ-activated BV2 microglia. BV2 microglia were incubated with or without MWP (50, 100, and 200 mg/L) for 30 min and stimulated with Aβ (20 μM) for another 30 min. The total protein of the cells was extracted and analyzed by western blot. The values are expressed as mean ± standard deviation of triplicate tests. relative to the control group; relative to the Aβ group.
