Protective Effect of Yang Mi Ryung® Extract on Noise-Induced Hearing Loss in Mice

<div><i>Reduction of inflammatory cytokines induced by noise in mouse cochlea by YMRE</i>. The mRNA expression levels of HO-1, TNF-<i>α</i>, and IL-1<i>β</i> were measured by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), and the means ± SD (the fold changes over the control group) were presented from three independent experiments. Cochlea samples were collected on day 1 (a) or day 5 (b) after exposure to 100 dB of noise and subjected to qPCR analysis.
