Effects of SMT on TNF-α stimulated SMCs proliferation. Cells were treated with TNF-α (10 ng/ml) for 24 h in the absence or pretreatment of SMT (10, 30, and 50 μg/ml) for 30 min and incubated with 1 μCi of [³H]-thymidine.
