<div>The floating bamboo frame system used in this study. The bamboo frame measured 5 m × 5 m. Six culture nets were fixed to the frame. The depth of the culture nets was adjusted to 0, 1, or 2 m. Six algal thalli were grown on each culture line (5 m).</div>
