Jiedu Sangen Decoction Inhibits Migration and Invasion of Colon Cancer SW480 Cells via Suppressing Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition

JSAE increases cell death of SW480 cells. Cells were treated with JSAE at the concentration of 5, 10, 20, and 40 mg/ml for 48 h. Cell viability was measured and linear regression analysis of probit model showed that IC₅₀ of JASE was 6 mg/ml at 48 h.
