The expression levels of p-NF-κB (a) and p-IκBα (b) in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells were measured using western blot assay. Values are presented as the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments. P<0.001, P<0.01, and P<0.05 versus unstimulated cells; P<0.01 and P<0.05 versus LPS-stimulated cells.
