Effect of total flavonoids on the platelets count in vivo. Total flavonoids (0.2 g/kg) were given to the mice in flavone group. Mice in CSA group were given 0.027 g/kg cyclosporine daily. All mice were intragastrically administered once a day for 3 consecutive days. The platelet count was determined by automatic blood cell analyzer. < 0.05 compared with the normal control group; < 0.05 compared with the BMF group.
