The lung tissues were collected 24 h after the last administration and the mRNA expression levels of GAPDH and cytokines were detected by qRT-PCR using specific primers. The housekeeping gene GAPDH was used as endogenous control. The values are presented as means ± SD (). Significant differences compared to asthmatic model control group (MC) are designated as , , and . Dex: dexamethasone (positive control) and NC: normal control group.
