The procedures for animal experiment. The mice were challenged with intraperitoneal injection of 200 μg OVA and 1 mg aluminium hydroxide on the first, eighth, and 15th day. From the 19th day, mice were continuously given intragastric administration of 0.4 ml peanut oil or drugs dissolved in peanut oil 0.5 hour for seven days. From day 22 to day 25, mice were placed into an incompletely closed container (70 cm × 50 cm × 40 cm) and subjected to continuous dose of 2.5% OVA atomization inhalation (30 min per day). All mice were sacrificed 24 hours after the last inhalation of OVA.
