Effects of astragalosides on the mRNA expression of TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway components in rats. The expression of TGF-β1, TβR-I, Smad 2, Smad 3, and Smad 7 mRNA was analyzed by real-time PCR, β-actin served as control, and the results were expressed as .
