Bufadienolides inhibit expression of cyclin D1 and phosphorylation of Rb. (a, c) MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentration of bufadienolides (0-10 μg/ml) for 24 h, then cellular lysates were subjected to western blotting analysis for detecting the indicated protein molecules. (b, d) The same experiment was repeated in DU145 cells.
