Analysis of pro- and anti-inflammatory mediators expression. Following treatment of RAW264.7 cells with M (LPS/IFNγ stimulation) and C (vehicle control), 25 or 50 μg/ml of EA11, IL-1β (a) and HO-1 (b) mRNA levels were assessed by qRT-PCR and HO-1 (c) and PPAR-γ (d) protein levels were assessed by western blot.
