Ethyl Acetate Fraction from<i> Hedyotis diffusa</i> plus<i> Scutellaria barbata</i> Exerts Anti-Inflammatory Effects by Regulating miR-155 Expression and JNK Signaling Pathway

<div><i>Analysis of pro- and anti-inflammatory mediators expression.</i> Following treatment of RAW264.7 cells with M (LPS/IFN<i>γ</i> stimulation) and C (vehicle control), 25 or 50 <i>μ</i>g/ml of EA11, IL-1<i>β</i> (a) and HO-1 (b) mRNA levels were assessed by qRT-PCR and HO-1 (c) and PPAR-<i>γ</i> (d) protein levels were assessed by western blot. Western blot data show a representative blot out of three. Values are presented as the mean ± standard deviation from three replicates.
