Astilbe chinensis Modulates Platelet Function via Impaired MAPK and PLCγ2 Expression

Astilbe chinensis extract inhibits collagen-stimulated platelet aggregation. (a–c) Washed platelets were pretreated with A. chinensis extract or vehicle for 2 min in the presence of 1 mM CaCl2 and then stimulated with collagen for 5 min. (c) After the platelet aggregation reaction, scanning electron microscopy was performed.
