Extraction of<i> Amana edulis</i> Induces Liver Cancer Apoptosis

<div><b>Crude lysate of<i> Amana Edulis</i> induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase. </b>BEL7404 cells were treated with crude lysate of<i> Amana edulis </i>for 12 and 24 hours. Cells were stained with propidium iodide, and the cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry.</div>
