Gypenosides Attenuate Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Neuroinflammation and Memory Impairment in Rats

<div>Effects of GPS on the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) mRNAs in rats with LPS-induced hippocampal impairment. The expression levels of iNOS, TLR4, and BDNF mRNAs were normalized to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) mRNA as an internal control. <svg height="13.9365pt" id="M36"
