ROCK1/PTEN/PI3K signaling pathway regulates ZJW-mediated mitochondrial translocation of cofilin-1. Cells treated with ZJW (50 μg/mL) were cotreated with or without Y27632 for 24 h, and western blotting was used to detect expression levels of proteins involved in the ROCK/PTEN/PI3K pathway (a).
