PI3K contributes to ZJW-induced activation of PP1/PP2A and mitochondrial translocation of cofilin. Cells treated with ZJW (50 μg/mL) were cotreated with or without LY294002 for 24 h, and western blotting was used to detect expression levels of proteins involved in the PI3K/Akt pathway (a).
