The MeCP was added to each experimental culture at the time of 0 s. The concentrations were 0.50 mg/mL (MIC50), 1.00 mg/mL (MIC), and 6.00 mg/mL (MBC); the MeCp was added to each experimental culture at the time of 0 s. The control tube did not contain MeCp.
