Effects of high-fat diet and EA on NF-κB expression. After high-fat diet, the protein and gene expression of NF-κB was enhanced in Obesity group, P<0.001 versus Normal group. Both EA and Resveratrol could downregulate the mRNA level of NF-κB, ###P<0.001, and#P<0.05 versus Obesity group. Only Resveratrol group showed a significant difference in the protein level of NF-κB, #P<0.05 versus Obesity group. When compared with EA and Resveratrol group, Resveratrol turned out a remarkable effect than EA in both protein and gene expression of NF-κB and $P<0.05 versus EA group.
