The Role of Semipurified Fractions Isolated from<i> Quercus infectoria</i> on Bone Metabolism by Using hFOB 1.19 Human Fetal Osteoblast Cell Model

<div>Alizarin red staining of hFOB 1.19 cell treated with (a) QI semipurified fraction-treated groups (Fraction A, Fraction B, and Fraction C); (b) combined treatment groups (Fractions A, B, and C with pamidronate) at days 1, 3, and 7 with comparison to control, osteoporotic control pamidronate, and negative control tamoxifen. Cell morphology was viewed using inverted microscope at 20x magnification and captured using image analyser. Calcium deposition appears as reddish black spot.</div>
