Phosphorylation of PI3K/Akt and eNOS was dose-dependently inhibited by CoCl2 treatment. The cells were treated with different concentrations of CoCl2 for 12 hours or 24 hours. Protein level of p-Akt was reduced in MST1 cells stimulated with CoCl2 (a, b). Protein level of p-eNOS was reduced in MST1 cells stimulated with CoCl2 (c, d). *P < 0.05 versus control group.
