ROS-Mediated Mitochondrial Pathway is Required for<i> Manilkara Zapota</i> (L.) P. Royen Leaf Methanol Extract Inducing Apoptosis in the Modulation of Caspase Activation and EGFR/NF-<i>κ</i>B Activities of HeLa Human Cervical Cancer Cells

<div><i>Manilkara zapota </i>leaf methanol extract induces morphological changes and decreases the proliferation of human cervical cancer (HeLa) cells. HeLa cells were incubated with 12, 24, and 48 <i>μ</i>g/mL of<i> Manilkara zapota </i>leaf methanol extract for 24, 48, and 72 h and then observed under an inverted light microscope (Magnification 200×).</div>
