Assessment of cell cycle kinetics in (a) untreated HeLa cells and HeLa cells treated with Manilkara zapota leaf methanol extract at concentrations of (b) 12 μg/mL, (c) 24 μg/mL, and (d) 48 μg/mL for 72 h, and the cell cycle kinetic was determined by flow cytometry. (e) The cell cycle analysis was determined using propidium iodide (PI) staining and analyzed by flow cytometry. Values are reported as mean ± SD (n = 3).
