Effect of curcumin on cell viability of HCT116 cells. HCT 116 cells were exposed to various concentrations of curcumin (0, 20, 40, 60, 80 M) for 12 h and 24 h. The cell viability was measured by MTT assay. Data were calculated as percent of vehicle control and expressed as the mean of at least three experiments.
