Effect of curcumin on autophagy induction in HCT116 cells. HCT116 cells were treated with various concentrations of curcumin (0, 20, 40, 60, 80 M) for 24 h. Immunoblot analysis was performed using antibodies against LC3, p62, and beclin-1, respectively. GAPDH was used as loading control.
