Rg3-RGE-induced signal transduction through the MAPK and its inhibitors in RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells were preincubated with Rg3-RGE for 30 min and then stimulated with LPS for 18 h. Nuclear and cytosolic proteins from testis and lungs were extracted using the NE-PER® Nuclear and Cytosolic Extraction Reagents. Total forms of respective factors were used as internal controls.
