Effect of CCE on LPS-induced iNOS and COX-2 expression in RAW264.7 macrophages. RAW264.7 cells were pretreated with CCE (30–100 μg/mL) for 1 h and stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL). iNOS ((a), for 24 h) and COX-2 ((b), for 7 h) protein levels were analyzed in whole cell lysates using western blotting. GAPDH expression was used as an internal control.
