Propolin C Inhibited Migration and Invasion via Suppression of EGFR-Mediated Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition in Human Lung Cancer Cells

Effects of propolin C on EGFR-mediated EMT marker expressions in HCC827 lung cancer cells. HCC827 cells were incubated with (a) propolin C (2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 μM) or (b) 10 μM of propolin C (PPC) and 1 nM of ZD1839 (ZD) for 24 h. After incubation, cell lysates were harvested and Western blot analyses were performed to detect the expressions of E-cadherin, vimentin, snail, and β-actin. Data represented at least three independent experiments. Significant difference was observed from the control group ( < 0.05).
