HepG2 cells were plated in 96-well plates overnight, followed by treated in the absence or presence of 5x10−6mol/L insulin. After 36 h, cells were exposed to different concentrations of flavonoids for 24h. Then the amount of glucose consumption in the HepG2 cells was detected by the glucose detection kit.
