Effect of ZPCO on the plasma levels of immune-related cytokines in the serum of Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. SD rats were treated with saline, cyclophosphamide (CY; 5 mg/kg/day), and oral ZPCO (0, 30, 100, or 300 mg/kg/day) once daily for 28 days, after which serum levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-2, and IL-12 were quantified using ELISA kits.
