Pathological changes in lung tissues of BALB/c mice. After treatment with IFKOS for 3 days, the right lobes of the lungs in mice were fixed in 10% paraformaldehyde, embedded in paraffin, and cut into slices for H&E staining. Morphometric analysis was performed using an optical microscope.
