STAT3/Jab1/p27 pathways play a role in the process of FZKA-induced lung cancer cell apoptosis. (a–c) A549 and H1650 cells were treated with indicated doses of FZKA for up to 4 h and cell lysate was harvested, and the expressions of the phosphorylated or total protein of STAT3, Jab1, and p27 were measured by Western blot analysis using corresponding antibodies. β-Actin was used as an internal control.
