Jiedu Sangen Decoction Inhibits the Invasion and Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer Cells by Regulating EMT through the Hippo Signaling Pathway

Compared to the control group, the levels of E-cad were decreased, whereas those of N-cad were increased in the EMT group (both, P < 0.01). Additionally, YAP and TAZ levels in the EMT group were observably higher than those in the control group (both, P < 0.05), respectively. On the contrary, E-cad was significantly upregulated in the JSD group in comparison with that in the control group (P < 0.01). However, N-cad, YAP, and TAZ were downregulated (all, P < 0.05).
