CP could inhibit the GLI-1 expression in cytoplasm. The expression of GLI-1 in HepG2-HBx cells treated with CP (70μg/ml; 35 μg/ml, respectively) and cyclopamine (70μM) was measured by immumofluorescence. And the pictures were captured by Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope.
