Mouse liver samples were homogenized with icy saline and centrifuged to get the supernatants. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were detected with ELISA kits, while NO contents were detected by Griess Reagent Assay. , compared with the model group; ^#P<0.05, ^##P<0.01 compared with the control group.
